Kimberly Ismael is a graphic designer who enjoys creating informative, fun, and bold designs. During her struggles with her own health, Ismael was inspired to create an enjoyable and easy to digest learning experience from heavy medical information using graphic design. Her senior thesis, Cell Wars, is the result of her hunger for knowledge and desire to share information about the immune system.
Cell Wars educates players on how the immune system fights pathogens. Players can choose to either be a pathogen or the immune system, and must compete against each other. The goal of the game is for the immune system player to defeat all pathogens and defend the body, or the pathogen player can defeat the immune system. Overall, this educates players on human health through a fun tabletop game.
Kimberly Ismael is a graphic designer from and based in Philadelphia, PA where she creates informative, smart, and bold graphic designs. She strives to deliver designs that are easy to digest and to her client's requests. Aside from school projects, Ismael has experience working with clients such as Students Run Philly Style and InLiquid Art + Design. Giving back to non-profit communities, by promoting their work through graphic design, is what Ismael enjoys most.
